JAAN

The company JAAN produces and sells automotive glass and accessories. It was founded in 1991 in Koszalin. The association has changed its legal status into JAAN LLC with an allocated production part NORDGLASS in April, 2001.

The company JAAN has 29 branches in Poland which sell, install and restore automotive glass. The largest branches are transformed into wholesale warehouses and are placed in Bialystok, Bydgoszcz, Gdansk, Katovitsy, Krakow, Lodz, Poznan, Warsaw and Vrotslav.

The company imports and sells windshields, back glass, side glass and accessories. In 1996 the company JAAN has started to manufacture laminated windshields NORDGLASS. The trade mark NORDGLASS includes windshields for more than 650 popular automobile models sold in Europe and also windshields for trucks, buses and minibuses.

Now JAAN’s volume of manufacture makes 400 000 pieces of autoglass every year, thus 50 % of production are exported to countries of Europe and also to Africa. The company’s staff makes 300 persons, 138 of them work at the factory.

In March, 2002 a manufacturing factory of the company JAAN has successfully passed a certification procedure and has received a quality certificate ISO 9001:2000.

Business relations between companies ELSIE and JAAN have been begun in 1995.
